Equanimity _ A Day Long Retreat
- Boulder - Sunday, Dec. 9
"Equanimity is a spacious stillness of mind, a radiant calm that allows us to be present fully with all the different changing experiences that constitute our world and our lives." Sharon Salzberg. Equanimity is found at the top of several important lists of wholesome mind states that the Buddha encourage his students to cultivate. During this retreat we will explore how we might encourage equanimity to arise in our practice.
