Obstacles to Practice and How to Work With Them
A Day Long Retreat
Boulder - Sunday, September 8
The Buddha had a very clear understanding of how our minds work and how they tend to leave us confused and struggling when it comes to practice. He explained the reasons for our difficulties by talking about the five Kilesas. More importantly he also taught us how to work skillfully with these obstructions so that they are no longer obstacles to practice.
